It’s always good to hear that people like our products. After all, here at Hillsound we value your input and customer feedback is a large part of the design process when we create new products or upgrade old ones. Here are some other sites that have had their say about our line of lightweight crampons and stretch gaiters.

The guys over at UpaDowna tried out the Hillsound Trail Crampons and found them to be very effective. They described our product as “a great choice” for those “looking for an aggressive tread just shy of a traditional ‘crampon’”.

Across the pond, Petesy from PTC* blog in the U.K. gave a very thorough review of our Super Armadillo Nano gaiters. The final verdict? Apart from praising the excellent fit of the gaiters, Petesy applauded the dirt-repelling technology of the Schoeller c-change fabric and NanoSphere treatment. Check out the rest of his review here.

Have you ever considered gaiters a ‘sexy’ hiking accessory?

Jake from Our Everyday Adventures blog does. After trying out our Super Armadillo Nano gaiters, Jake had this to say: “Super durable, yet super light; the Nano looks to be one of the burliest cutting edge gaiters available; and certainly the most sexy!” You can read the rest of his review here. Jake also liked the stretchy material and the snug fit of the gaiter, but was particularly impressed by the aesthetic design.  It’s good to know that hiking accessories can be both functional AND sexy.
