Trail Crampon: utilizes an ergonomic plate system [hinge based, moves up and down, not sideways] and spikes composed of carbon steel (number of spikes: 11, spike length: 1.7cm). The Trail Crampon is recommended for hiking and backpacking. This model is best paired with rigid-soled hiking shoes or boots.

The Trail Crampon Ultra is recommended for trail running, hiking/backpacking, and fastpacking. This model is versatile and can be paired with flexible-soled shoes such as trail runners or more rigid-soled shoes such as hiking boots (*your sizing may differ depending on shoe type).
In summary, the most suitable option for you will depend on your intended use and the type of shoes that you will wear (rigid or flexible soles).
