This is not a situation we take lightly - we chose to close our office and work remotely as soon as health officials recommended doing so. Although working remotely comes with its own set of challenges, we took it as an opportunity to help protect our team, loved ones, and community.
At this time, we are happy to announce that our online store is still fully operational. However, our warehouses and the postal services that we partner with are experiencing some disruptions. Considering this, please note that order processing may be delayed by up to 72 hours. Please also keep in mind that most postal services cannot guarantee delivery standards at this time.
We value our local retail partners and recognize the huge impact that they have in our communities. For this reason, we will be redirecting 15% of our online sales to our local Hillsound retailers.
