- All online orders under $85 will be subject to a flat $10 shipping fee.
- Over $85 shipping is free. Hooray!
- Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping takes between 3-5 business days


- We have a 30-day return policy so you can ensure you ordered the correct ones. We advise customers to use our size guide when ordering or if possible visit one of our local retailers to try them on in person. 
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

- There will be a flat $10 shipping fee deducted for returns so please don't hesitate to contact us before purchase to ensure you are getting the right product.


- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable timeframe.

- If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at and our representative will provide instructions.
- We prefer to process reimbursements, not exchanges. This means that we treat exchange situations like returns and will reimburse you accordingly once we receive the product. If it was a different size you were looking for you can order that as an additional order without having to wait for the return process to go through.
